Job Description
Responsible for Sales of Industrial Products by implementing Sales plan in NORTH REGION to achieve sustainable and profitable growth. To work with customers to find challenges, offer solutions and ensure a smooth sales process from lead generation to sales closure. This role will be responsible for the addition of New Customers and Management of existing customers in the Northern region (Delhi NCR & Others)
Identifcation of New business opportunities and conversion of the same. It also involve working with pears of various department heads to acheive the Sales Growth.
Key Responsibilities / Accountability

Key Responsibilities / Accountability
- Develop efficient and creative sales strategies for the assigned territory
- Implementing Sales Plan.
- Develop New Customer Business / Approach Customers. Identify and Transalate the market opportunities in Northern Region into sales
- Meeting targeted revenue and KPI of the products handled
- Develop & Maintain Excellent Customer relations in the market
- Interaction with all the leading customers for the development of new applications. Responsible for identification of market trends & prediction of their market impact within the assigned segment
- Conducting Product Trials at Customers End.
- Provide Solutions in Consultation with Technical Support
- Management of Receivables. Follow up for payments
- Handling quality concerns with the support of Plant Quality Team
- To Developed and find new Opportunity
