Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development professional located in Delhi. The primary responsibilities include identifying and generating new business leads, conducting market research to explore potential growth opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and assisting in the development of strategic solutions to meet clients' needs. The role requires proactive initiatives to meet sales targets and contributing to strategic partnerships that align with company goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data and identify trends
• Excellent Communication skills for engaging with clients, stakeholders, and team members effectively
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and secure potential business opportunities
• Customer Service skills to maintain and build long-term client relationships
• Self-motivation, goal-orientation, and the ability to work effectively in a team
• Prior experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• MBA in Marketing, Healthcare
