Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Indore for a Business Development Associate at Kaatyayani Energy. In this role, you will identify and generate new leads, present tailored solar energy solutions to prospective clients, perform market research to understand industry trends and customer needs, and maintain strong communication with clients. Your primary goal will be to expand the company's client base while fostering meaningful relationships to promote long-term partnerships.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Presentations and Presentation Design
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research
  • Excellent Communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships
  • Proactive and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Interest in renewable energy and sustainability is a plus
  • Prior experience in business development or sales is beneficial
