Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Associate role based in Noida. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, conducting market research, and building a strong pipeline of prospective students, partners, and institutional clients. Daily tasks include delivering presentations about Coding Blocks’ programs, engaging with prospects via calls, emails, and in-person meetings, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and academic teams to align outreach efforts, participating in events and seminars, and providing feedback to improve offerings and sales strategies. The successful candidate will be expected to meet defined targets while representing the organization in a professional and learner-centric manner.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective interpersonal interaction.
- Presentation abilities, including creating and delivering impactful presentations to individuals and groups.
- Lead generation skills, with experience in prospecting, outreach, and nurturing potential clients or students.
- Market research abilities, such as analyzing trends, understanding competitor offerings, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort with on-site work in Noida and willingness to attend events, workshops, and client meetings.
- Basic proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and office productivity software to track leads and performance.
- Prior experience in education, training, or ed-tech business development or sales is an advantage.
