Academic Counselor / BDA
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students and parents to understand their admission and counseling requirements.
- Identify suitable candidates for NEET UG and NEET PG counseling services based on their profile, rank, and admission goals.
- Counsel students on admission processes, college selection, counseling procedures, and career opportunities.
- Explain Careers360 counseling services and recommend the right solution for each student.
- Achieve individual revenue targets through effective counseling and conversions.
- Build relationships with students and parents through regular follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer records in the CRM system.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, counseling, tele calling, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to manage customer data.
Working Days
- 6-day working week.
- One weekly off between Monday and Friday.
- Saturday and Sunday are fixed working days.
