We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager (B2B Sales)

At Nuevo, we work with hospitals, schools, and commercial spaces, providing professional cleaning and facility services.


We are looking for someone who can bring in business, not just talk about it.

This is not a desk job. This role requires someone who is ready to be on the field, meet decision-makers, and close contracts.


What You’ll Do

• Identify and approach potential clients (hospitals, schools, factories)

• Fix meetings with admins and decision-makers

• Pitch our services and convert leads into contracts

• Follow up consistently and build long-term relationships

• Work closely with the founder to close deals


Who This Role Is For

• MBA or similar background preferred

• Strong communication and confidence in meeting clients

• Self-driven and comfortable with field work

• Someone who enjoys chasing targets and closing deals


📍 Location: Kerala (Field Role)
