About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Business Development Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Personal Loan products, identifying customer requirements, generating leads, and guiding customers throughout the loan application process. Candidates with strong communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and a passion for helping customers achieve their financial goals are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Contact prospective customers through calls and follow-ups using company-provided leads.
- Understand customers' financial requirements and recommend suitable Personal Loan solutions.
- Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, documentation requirements, and repayment options.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive experience.
- Convert qualified leads into successful loan disbursals by effectively handling objections and negotiations.
- Achieve individual monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
- Coordinate with internal processing and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Follow up with customers for pending documents and application status updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and banking guidelines during the sales process.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new financial products.
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to build a career in sales are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in Personal Loan Sales, BFSI, Banking, NBFC, Telecalling, Customer Service, or Financial Services will be preferred.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools is an added advantage.
