Workpaper is a growing Australian Accounting, Taxation, Bookkeeping, and Business Advisory firm. We are looking for an energetic and motivated Business Development & Operations Executive to support our business growth, client engagement, operational activities, and digital marketing initiatives.


Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, supporting day-to-day operations, managing client communications, handling social media marketing activities, and contributing to the growth of our Australian client base.


Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling and lead generation

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Schedule appointments and business meetings

• Follow up on enquiries and prospects

• Maintain CRM and sales pipeline records

• Assist in achieving business growth targets


Operations & Administration

• Support daily business operations and administrative activities

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow

• Prepare reports, maintain records, and update databases

• Assist with client onboarding and documentation

• Monitor task completion and operational processes

• Ensure timely communication with clients and team members


Social Media & Digital Marketing

• Manage company social media platforms

• Create and schedule social media posts

• Assist with content creation for marketing campaigns

• Upload blogs and website content updates

• Support SEO and online marketing activities

• Monitor engagement and online presence

• Assist with email marketing campaigns


Requirements


• 6 months to 2 years of experience in Business Development, Operations, Administration, Digital Marketing, or a similar role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in lead generation and client handling preferred

• Knowledge of social media marketing platforms

• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing

• Good organisational and multitasking abilities

• Self-motivated and target-driven attitude

Qualification
