Power the Future of AI & Why This Role Matters

The Central Operations Analytics team partners with multiple functions across the organization, including Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Services. As a Business Analyst, you will support operational and functional leaders by collecting, maintaining, and analysing data, and by delivering reliable insights that improve execution, performance, and decision-making. The role is hands-on and execution-oriented, with exposure across multiple business functions.

How You’ll Make an Impact

1.Data Management & Quality:

• Collect, validate, and maintain data from multiple internal systems and sources
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of operational datasets
• Identify data quality issues and work with stakeholders to resolve gaps

2.Analysis & Insights

• Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, drivers, and gaps
• Support KPI tracking and performance measurement across teams
• Assist with root-cause analysis and ad-hoc analytical requests

3.Reporting & Dashboards

• Build, maintain, and enhance recurring reports and dashboards
• Automate manual reporting processes where possible
• Prepare regular operational and performance updates for stakeholders

4.Cross-Functional Support

• Partner with teams such as Strategy, RevOps, Product Ops, and Services Ops
• Support ongoing transformation and improvement initiatives through data and analysis
• Respond to analytical requests from multiple functions in a structured manner

5.Process & Documentation

• Document data definitions, assumptions, and reporting methodologies
• Support standardization of metrics and reporting across teams
• Contribute to the continuous enhancement of operational analytics processes

Skills & Experience You Bring to the Table

• B.Tech with an MBA from a Tier-1 institution is a mandatory requirement for this role, preferably from a consulting, investment banking or SaaS B2B background
• 2.5-4 years of experience in business analysis, operations, analytics, or similar roles
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables)
• Ability to work with large, imperfect, or incomplete datasets
• Structured problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, product, or service delivery systems
• Exposure to operational KPIs and performance metrics
