Job Purpose Support Fugro North America?s Procurement team by managing and optimizing procurement data and reporting processes. This offshore role contributes to strategic sourcing decisions through data-driven insights, KPI development, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities Gather, clean, validate, and standardize procurement data from multiple sources. Design and deliver recurring/ad-hoc reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel. Initiate and track procurement KPIs aligned with cost-saving and strategic goals. Develop reporting templates and tools to streamline workflows. Present complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Ensure accordance with company standards, industry standards, QHSSE policy, and local regulations. Ensure consistency and compliance with data governance protocols Required Experience & Skills A minimum of 2?4 years in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence; procurement/supply chain experience. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL; familiarity with Python, R, Azure, or AWS is a plus. Strong understanding of procurement KPIs and reporting frameworks. Experience working with U.S.-based teams and cross-cultural collaboration. Detail-oriented, proactive, and innovative mindset. Ability to work independently in a remote setup with reliable internet and secure data handling. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook. Responsible for following all safety signs/procedures/ safe working practices. Responsible for using appropriate PPE?s Responsible for participating in mock drills. Entitled to refuse to undertake any activity considered unsafe. Responsible for filling up of hazard observation card, wherever a hazard has been noticed at site. Responsible for safe housekeeping of his workplace. To stop any operation that is deemed unsafe, To be able to operate a fire extinguisher in case of fire. To report an incident as soon as possible to the immediate supervisor and the HSE manager. To complete HSE training as instructed to do so.
