Role Description

This full-time, on-site Business Associate role is located in Barrackpur-I. The Business Associate will be responsible for analyzing data, supporting financial operations, contributing to strategic business activities, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. The role involves ensuring seamless customer service experiences and identifying opportunities for process optimization to strengthen business strategies and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data and generating actionable insights
• Knowledge of Finance principles and practices to support business operations
• Experience in Business development and strategic planning
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for presenting ideas and building relationships
• Customer Service expertise to ensure outstanding client and partner experiences
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Passion for social impact and sustainability will be considered an asset
