We operate in long-cycle B2B sales environments, helping startups, SMEs, and enterprises build repeatable Go-To-Market (GTM) systems.

About the Role
We are looking for a smart, presentable, and confident individual (1+ years’ experience) who can work closely with the Founder and play a key role in driving VirtualTeam LeadCraft (VTLC) and LeadCraft Alliance initiatives.
This is not a back-office role.
Externally, you will be positioned as a Business Associate, representing LeadCraft Alliance and VTLC in:
- Client meetings
- Business discussions
- Networking environments
What You Will Do
1. Executive & Business Support
- Manage calendar and meetings
- Coordinate client meetings (virtual + in-person)
- Take clear, structured meeting notes and ensure timely follow-ups
- Support in project coordination and execution tracking
2. Client & Relationship Management
- Act as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Manage existing and new client relationships
- Ensure smooth communication and high client satisfaction
- Represent LeadCraft in a professional and confident manner
3. Business Exposure & Networking
- Attend client meetings, business events, and networking sessions
- Be open to travel across Delhi NCR and outside when required
- Support in building long-term business relationships
4. Ownership & Confidentiality
- Handle confidential business information with maturity and discretion
- Take ownership of coordination, follow-ups, and communication
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment
What We’re Looking For
- 1 + years of experience in:
- Executive Assistant
- Business Support
- Client Coordination
- Sales Coordination
- Confident, presentable, and proactive personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable in client-facing and business environments
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
Open to:
- Virtual and in-person client meetings (Delhi NCR & beyond)
- Business events and networking engagements in Del NCR and beyond
- Relationship-first mindset with a problem-solving approach
