Must have skills : Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Job Title: Test Manager Experience: 6?12 years________________________________________ Role Overview The Test Manager will lead and manage the testing function across projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables through robust test strategies, planning, and execution. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in testing methodologies, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Test Strategy & Planning o Define and implement comprehensive test strategies aligned with project goals. o Prepare detailed test plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and risk mitigation. Team Leadership o Manage and mentor a team of testers, ensuring optimal resource allocation. o Conduct capacity planning and assign tasks based on complexity and priority. Test Execution & Reporting o Oversee functional, regression, and automation testing activities. o Ensure timely execution of test cases and maintain real-time status dashboards. o Analyze test results, identify defects, and drive defect management processes. Stakeholder Management o Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business analysts to ensure quality standards. o Communicate progress, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders. Automation & Tools o Advocate and implement automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, UFT). o Ensure integration of automated scripts into CI/CD pipelines. Continuous Improvement o Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements. o Stay updated with emerging testing tools and methodologies. ________________________________________ Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: 6?12 years in software testing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies. Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, JIRA). Proficiency in automation tools like Selenium, UFT, or similar. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. ________________________________________ Good to Have Exposure to performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner). Knowledge of cloud-based testing environments. ISTQB or equivalent certification.
