Domain:

• Should have experience in Capital Markets domain, preferably Money Markets/Foreign Exchange/Treasury products.
• Should have experience in Production support for any trading application and have knowledge in Trade life cycle.

Technical:

• Good to have hands-on experience on Jira, Service Now and SQL.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Monitoring daily production EOD batches and Test runs.
• Resolving user queries from business teams/audit/compliance and other internal teams within the bank.
• Must work on functional testing in DEV/IST/UAT environments.
• Must work with developers on deployments into test regions and production and manage Change and Release process.
• Good to have experience in vendor management.
