The Role

This is a full-time Business Analyst position.

You will work at the intersection of business, product, and engineering. Your role will be to understand complex business problems, structure ambiguous requirements, conduct research, analyze workflows, and help translate business needs into scalable systems and products.

You will work closely with founders, clients, and engineers to bring clarity to complex problems and help ensure solutions are practical, measurable, and aligned with business goals.

This is a high-ownership, full-time role for someone technical, detail-oriented, and high-agency.

What You'll Do

1. Problem Structuring & Analysis

* Break down ambiguous business problems into structured components

* Conduct research across industries, markets, and competitors

* Analyze workflows, systems, and operational inefficiencies

* Develop recommendations backed by data and logical reasoning

* Translate business requirements into clear engineering-first documentation

2. Business Requirements & Client Discovery

* Participate in client discussions and requirements gathering

* Identify business objectives, constraints, and success metrics

* Document processes, workflows, and functional requirements

* Create specifications that can be executed by engineering teams

You will ensure the right problems are being solved.

3. Product & System Thinking

* Work closely with engineers to communicate business requirements

* Help define product requirements and feature specifications

* Contribute to workflow design for AI-powered systems

* Document use cases, edge cases, and user journeys

* Support testing and validation of delivered solutions

You will help bridge business and engineering.
