Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst who will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The role involves analysing business processes, gathering requirements, translating them into actionable insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making to improve efficiency, performance, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, document, and analyse business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into functional requirement documents (FRD), BRD, and user stories.
  • Conduct gap analysis and impact analysis for new initiatives.
  • Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Create dashboards, MIS reports, and performance metrics.
  • Support management with insights for strategic decisions.
  • Evaluate existing business processes and recommend optimisations.
  • Support automation, system enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Assist in UAT planning, test case review, and validation.
  • Collaborate with Product, Tech, Finance, Operations, and Sales teams.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and requirement walkthroughs.
  • Ensure alignment between business goals and delivered solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Excel, SQL, Power BI / Tableau.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data into simple insights.
  • Strong documentation and presentation skills.
