Role- Business Analyst

Qualification - Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) is mandatory.

Shift- 5:30pm - 3:30am

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements from developers and IT teams, creating comprehensive business requirement documents, initiating and managing the testing phase, and ensuring successful release communication to business users.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with developers and IT teams to gather and analyze project requirements.

- Create detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) for consumption by the development team.

- Initiate the testing phase by identifying and documenting every opportunity as a test case.

- Execute testing using appropriate test data and ensure accurate documentation of outcomes.

- Publish testing outcomes and communicate results to relevant stakeholders.

- Prepare and distribute Release Notes to business users to ensure clarity and understanding of new features and updates.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of project management and business analysis methodologies.

- Proficiency in tools used for documentation and testing.

- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

- SQL and knowledge of Oracle HUB would be beneficial
