🔹 Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst (Techno-Functional) with strong domain knowledge in the Automotive industry. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions. The candidate should have hands-on experience in SAFe Agile methodology, backlog management, and prioritizing user stories.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for Salesforce implementations.
• Act as a Functional Lead for Salesforce initiatives and support end-to-end project delivery.
• Manage and prioritize user stories, backlog grooming, and sprint planning activities.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure smooth implementation.
• Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Conduct UAT support, requirement validation, and solution demonstrations to stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between business needs and Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Provide guidance on Salesforce best practices and solution design.

🔹 Required Skills

• 5–7 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst / Techno-Functional Consultant.
• Strong experience with Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud).
• Hands-on experience in SAFe Agile methodology.
• Experience in prioritizing user stories and managing product backlog.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working as a Functional Lead in Salesforce projects.
• Domain experience in the Automotive industry is preferred.

🔹 Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certification (Admin / Business Analyst / Sales Cloud preferred).
• Experience working in enterprise Salesforce implementations.
• Strong documentation skills (BRD, FRD, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria).
