Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Analyst with 4+ years of experience who has strong exposure to consulting engagements within the retail domain. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze business needs, translate requirements, and support solution delivery for retail-focused initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for technical teams.
• Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and business process improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and client stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Support requirement validation, UAT coordination, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyze retail business processes including merchandising, supply chain, pricing, promotions, and store operations.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and documentation as required.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve business efficiency and customer experience.

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in consulting environments.
• Strong understanding of the Retail domain (e.g., merchandising, supply chain, POS, e-commerce).
• Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in cross-functional and global teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
