Role: Business Analyst with Payment Gateways Required Skills & Experience Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2+ years in payment gateway / fintech domain . Strong knowledge of digital payments, acquiring & issuing, settlement processes, chargebacks, and reconciliation . Hands-on experience with payment APIs, integrations, SDKs, and third-party processors . Ability to write BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, and Process Flow Diagrams . Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, SQL/Excel for data analysis . Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
