This role focuses on leveraging data and analytics to drive growth and performance across cobranded card and customer programs. The incumbent builds dashboards, models, and insights to track customer acquisition, engagement, credit performance, and merchant spend, enabling targeted marketing and informed underwriting decisions. They partner closely with banks and internal stakeholders to deliver actionable MIS, automate reporting, and support data-led business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on customer base extraction for targeted marketing campaigns
• Build dashboards and performance trackers across cobranded card programs to study: 1) daily card sign ups, 2) Platform Metrics & card engagement
• Build & monitor noon’s customer model score to help the bank with underwriting & higher card approvals
• Build partner MIS reports for bank/network stakeholders with insights on growth drivers
• Track merchant-level spend performance and campaign outcomes within the noon ecosystem.
• Conduct cohort and segmentation analysis to identify high-value segments and propose targeted initiatives for acquisition and growth opportunities
• Build interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, enabling business users to drill into data by customer, merchant, and segment.
• Automate recurring reporting and ensure real-time or near-real-time refreshes where applicable.

What you'll need:

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Statistics.
• 2–3 years of experience in Analytics, preferably in e-commerce, fintech, or payments.
• BI Tools: Power BI, Tableau, or Looker (strong DAX / SQL skills required)
• Data Handling: SQL (advanced), Python/R for analytics
• Data Modeling: Star schema, ETL design, data warehouse concepts
• Credit Analytics: Basic understanding of scoring, delinquency curves, and portfolio risk metrics
• Familiarity with credit/debit card programs and loyalty programs is a strong advantage
