Business Analyst - Manufacturing

We are seeking a Business Analyst with a strong background in the manufacturing domain to drive process improvements and support technology initiatives within manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Gather functional and non-functional requirements from multiple stakeholders
• Guide elicitation activities and identify inconsistencies in project requirements
• Document features and propose solutions to incorporate new features
• Create process flow diagrams, user interface mockups and logical models
• Explain the rationale for changes to systems, processes or capabilities
• Identify and communicate risks, providing options to manage or mitigate them
• Validate testing strategies, assist with test plan creation and write test cases
• Conduct and coordinate user acceptance testing with business stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with business teams, internal BAs and QAs and third-party development teams
• Conduct demos and knowledge transfer sessions, documenting stakeholder feedback
• Review, qualify, raise and prioritize bugs
• Participate in deployments, assist with cutover activities and post-deployment sanity testing

Requirements

• 5-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, including requirement gathering and stakeholder management
• Knowledge of end-to-end manufacturing processes from sales order to batch dispatch
• Background in manufacturing ERP systems such as SAP and MES processes
• Experience with Agile frameworks and capability to perform a Product Owner’s role in a scrum team
• Proficiency in business analysis documentation including BRD and FRD
• Skills in SQL and familiarity with test case creation and validation
• Competency in DevOps, Microsoft Visio or similar tools and Dynamics 365
• Proficiency in PowerPoint
