Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

A) Pricing, User & Market Insights

Pricing Insights: Analyse utilization, demand curves, elasticity indicators, and competitor tariffs to recommend pricing actions and promotions.
User Behaviour Analytics: Mining charging session journeys, identify friction points (drop‑offs, payment failures), and surface retention & repeat usage.
CMS/App Analytics: quantify feature adoption, campaign performance, and CX outcomes; recommend UX/content improvements that lift conversion.
Market & Competitive Benchmarking: Maintain a living view of competitor footprint, pricing, uptime claims, and value adds; translate into positioning insights and gap‑closing actions.

B) Business Dashboards & Decision Support

KPI Framework: Define and standardize KPIs (e.g., station utilization, sessions/connector/day, revenue per charger, uptime, first‑time success rate, app conversion, churn/retention).
Dashboards & Automation: Build executive and functional dashboards (Power BI) with datasets; automate refreshes and alerting for exceptions and threshold breaches.
Trend & Ad‑hoc Analysis: Run corridor/site/category deep‑dives; quantify drivers of growth and variance; build what‑if scenarios to support leadership reviews and planning.
Experimentation: Partner with cross functional team to test pricing, bundles, loyalty, or UI changes; measure incremental lift.

C) Business Analysis for Sales & Solution Design

Requirement Gathering: Capture customer feedback in collaboration with cross-functional teams to capture business and technical needs across Sales, CX, Ops, and Finance.
Market Research- Conducting primary and secondary EV & app user surveys.

D) Leadership Communications

Executive Reporting: Build clear, visual narratives for monthly and quarterly business reviews—connecting insights to actions, outcomes, and trade‑offs.
