About the Role

We’re hiring a Technology Strategy Analyst to work directly with senior technology leadership at KeyValue. This is an analyst role (designed for someone with a software engineering background who wants to transition into a strategy and operations-focused position.

You’ll help translate technical complexity into structured insights, drive key initiatives, and support decision-making across the organization.

What You’ll Do

Support senior technology leadership on strategy, planning and execution
Conduct research, deep dives and analysis on technology trends, competitors, product performance and internal systems
Translate technical problems into clear frameworks, insights, and recommendations
Create briefs, reports, decks and decision documents
Coordinate across engineering, product, data and business teams
Track priorities, manage follow-ups, and ensure momentum on key projects.
Support operational improvements and process design across teams.

What We’re Looking For

Software engineering background
Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving
Excellent written communication and presentation skills
Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly
High ownership, energy, and bias toward action
Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-moving environments
Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
Discretion and maturity with sensitive information

Nice to Have

Experience in product, data, strategy, or operations
Exposure to SaaS, platform, or high-growth startup environments
Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Slides
Familiarity with modern engineering systems and tooling
