About The Opportunity A role within the IT Services & Solutions sector focused on pre-sales engineering and commercial enablement for enterprise customers. This team helps qualify opportunities, craft technical proposals, and translate customer requirements into viable service offerings that drive deal wins. Role is based in India and requires on-site presence to collaborate closely with sales, delivery and engineering teams. Role : Pre-Sales Business Analyst (On-site, India) Role & Responsibilities Partner with sales to qualify inbound opportunities and convert client needs into clear business and technical requirements. Author and maintain RFP/RFI responses, solution briefs, functional requirement documents and Statements of Work (SOW). Design solution architectures and pricing/commercial models in collaboration with product, engineering and delivery leads. Prepare and deliver product demos, proofs-of-concept and technical presentations tailored to client use-cases. Analyze customer data and create dashboards/reports to support deal justification and ROI narratives. Coordinate handoffs to delivery?ensure requirements, assumptions and acceptance criteria are documented for smooth implementation.
