We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will play a key role in understanding client needs, gathering requirements, and translating them into effective solutions during ERP implementation and other software projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders across different departments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, processes, and requirements for ERP implementation and other software solutions.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements gathering sessions to elicit and document business requirements.
• Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system functionalities to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and QA testers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Create detailed requirement documents, use cases, user stories, and other artifacts to communicate requirements effectively to development teams.
• Participate in system configuration, customization, and testing activities to ensure that solutions meet client needs and expectations.
• Provide training and guidance to clients throughout the implementation process, including user training, system demonstrations, and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Conduct pre-sales demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and features of ERP and other software solutions to prospective clients.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing and gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients post-implementation to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of the software solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve processes, tools, and methodologies for ERP implementation and solution delivery.
