Position Details
Job Title: Analyst – Business 3
Location: Pomona, CA – Hybrid (2 days onsite: Monday & Tuesday)
Pay: $35/hr – $38/hr on w2
Duration: 03/11/2026 – 03/10/2027
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Total Hours: 2088
Role Overview
The Business Analyst 3 will support operational and inspection workflow activities by performing data analysis, stakeholder coordination, constraint tracking, and reporting to ensure efficient execution of field inspections and compliance-related work.
This role requires strong experience in data management, SAP, reporting tools, dashboards, and cross-functional coordination, along with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to resolve operational and data issues.
The analyst will assist with inspection tracking, access coordination, data validation, reporting, and process improvement initiatives while supporting ongoing SAP / S4HANA / data transformation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
1. Stakeholder Engagement & Customer Coordination
- Act as main point of contact between contractors, customers, and internal teams.
- Coordinate inspection appointments and resolve access-related issues.
- Track customer permissions, notifications, and approvals.
- Use Customer Contact Information (CCI) tools to schedule inspections.
- Maintain records of inspection constraints and access challenges.
- Support process improvements related to access management.
- Track performance using reporting tools.
2. Constraint Tracking & Exception Processing
- Identify access constraints related to CROPS, government lands, or restricted areas.
- Create KMZ files and perform spatial joins using Excel / mapping tools.
- Create and manage work orders for vendors.
- Track constrained inspections and mitigate risk of non-compliance.
- Monitor inspection workflow and follow up on outstanding actions.
- Support development of data tracking tools.
- Provide status reporting to management.
- Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to resolve inspection issues.
3. Data Analysis & Data Validation
- Validate inspection data in dashboards (SAS / Power BI).
- Identify discrepancies using SAP, InspectApp, EZYViewer.
- Work with IT and inspection teams to resolve sync issues.
- Monitor data quality and ensure accurate reporting.
- Assist in improving reporting tools and data accuracy.
4. Data Management & Reporting
- Develop and maintain data structures and reports.
- Perform data querying and validation.
- Build dashboards and reporting tools.
- Track issues from identification to resolution.
- Support workflow tracking and performance monitoring.
- Assist with SAP data cleansing and validation.
5. SAP / Systems / Tools Support
- Work with SAP work orders, maintenance plans, equipment data, and FLOC.
- Support SAP transformation / S4HANA initiatives.
- Assist with data cleansing and validation.
- Use ArcGIS to combine map layers and generate data tables.
- Support SQL / Python / reporting tools as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field
- 5–7 years of experience in business analysis / data analysis / operations / finance / IT
- Experience performing quantitative and data analysis
- Ability to gather, document, analyze, and interpret data
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities

- Excel (Advanced)
