Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support business process and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements, manage project timelines, support testing efforts, and ensure successful delivery of solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving abilities
- Experience with Data Analysis and Reporting
- Ability to Plan, Design, and Execute Projects/Initiatives
- Experience managing Testing Programs and UAT Testing
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Disputes Operations
- Financial Services or Banking Industry experience
- Experience working in highly regulated environments
- qTest knowledge
- Reporting/Scripting tools such as Power BI, SQL, SAS, or Python
