Business Analyst

We are hiring for Business Analyst.

Location:Thrissur(Kerala)

Major Responsibilities

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Partner with application directors and creators to ensure each project meets a specific need and resolves successfully.
• Application implementation support and user training.
• Create detailed and specific business requirement documents/ functional specification documents.
• Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
• Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Key Competencies

• Demonstrate deep knowledge and experience in Banking domain.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, PPT, Excel, etc.
• A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
• Proven track record of writing business requirements for financial systems – knowledge of banking domain is preferred.
• Proficiency in Wireframe tools like Figma, Balsamiq, etc.
• Well versed with SDLC.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in Banking domain.
