Job Description:

Senior Business Analyst to drive end-to-end requirement lifecycle, translating BRD into detailed functional specifications, process models, and acceptance criteria for cash sheet capability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Requirement Engineering

Convert BRD into:

  • FRD
  • User Stories
  • Use Cases and Acceptance Criteria

Define data reconciliation and control requirements based on business needs.

2. Process Workflow Design

Detail end-to-end process flows for:

  • Fund Accounting
  • DDA Setup and Transfers
  • Cash Sheet Generation, Validation, and Approvals

Document exception routing and break ownership models.

3. Stakeholder Coordination

Lead workshops with:

  • Accounting and Reporting Teams

Capture and manage open items and design dependencies.

4. Integration & Data Mapping

Define:

  • Source-to-Target Mapping
  • Data Transformation and Validation Rules

Identify integration points across systems.

5. Delivery & UAT Support

Support:

  • UAT Validation
  • Production Readiness

Ensure delivered solution aligns with business outcomes.

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong domain expertise in Fund Accounting
  • Proven experience in BRD and FRD creation
  • Process modelling and requirement gathering
  • Strong understanding of Reconciliation and Controls operational workflows

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with data mapping and SQL/data analysis
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills
