Job Description

We are looking for a

Business Analyst with strong experience in

Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering, Agile Delivery, and Digital Transformation initiatives . The ideal candidate should be able to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams while driving successful project delivery.

Key Requirements

35 years of experience as a Business Analyst

Strong experience in

Requirement Gathering & Elicitation

Hands-on experience preparing

BRD, FRD, PRD, SRS, User Stories & Acceptance Criteria

Experience in

Process Mapping, Gap Analysis & Business Process Improvement

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience working in

Agile Scrum / SDLC environments

Hands-on experience with

JIRA, Confluence & Figma

Exposure to

ERP, SaaS, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Applications

Knowledge of

SQL, Tableau, or Power BI is preferred

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements

Work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, developers, and QA teams

Prepare business and functional requirement documents

Conduct process mapping and gap analysis

Support Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog refinement

Coordinate UAT, defect validation, business sign-off, and change management

Present solutions, reports, and project updates to stakeholders
