Are you interested in serving the needs of millions of customers at Fidelity’s Workplace Investing by building best-in-class digital experiences for financial planning, investing, and retirement solutions?

As a Business Analyst in the Customer Solutions Chapter, you’ll join an Agile squad (“Ideators”) focused on delivering engaging client reporting & analytics experiences.

💡 What you’ll do:

• Partner with cross-functional teams (product, technology, legal, compliance, risk) to deliver business outcomes
• Gather and document business requirements and process improvements
• Define epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Support Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retros, etc.)
• Perform end-to-end Business Acceptance Testing and ensure quality delivery

🔧 What we’re looking for:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Strong skills in workflow design, data analysis, and visualization
• Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail and ownership mindset
