Business Analyst (Entry / Junior)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to support data-driven decision-making and improve business processes. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on exposure to analytics, operations, and strategy.

• Collect, clean, and analyze business data
• Build dashboards, reports, and performance metrics
• Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Support KPI tracking and recurring reporting

• Gather and document business requirements
• Map workflows and identify inefficiencies
• Support process optimization and automation initiatives
• Assist in system and product enhancements

• Work with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, product, IT)
• Translate business needs into clear documentation
• Support project coordination and delivery
• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders

• 🎓 Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, IT, or related field
• 📊 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• 💻 Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
• 🧠 Basic knowledge of SQL or data tools is a plus
• 📈 Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage
• 🔍 High attention to detail and structured thinking
