Role Overview: We are seeking meticulous and tech-savvy professionals to contribute to the creation of a computer usage dataset that trains intelligent systems to understand how users interact with software applications. This role involves performing detailed, multi-step computer tasks while recording your screen, ensuring data quality, and maintaining strict confidentiality. Your recordings will play a key role in developing AI models that interpret user behavior and workflow patterns. What Does Day-to-Day look like: Record your screen activity while performing assigned computer-based workflows. Follow detailed, step-by-step documentation to complete each task accurately. Ensure all recordings are complete, high-quality, and free from interruptions. Label or verify user interactions (clicks, keystrokes, actions) when required. Maintain precise documentation and consistent file naming standards. Uphold strict data privacy and confidentiality protocols throughout the process. Type of Tasks: Tasks will vary across multiple software environments, such as: Creativity: using design and visualization tools like Canva, WordPress, Adobe Suite , and others. Education & Productivity: interacting with learning, organization, and collaboration platforms. General Use Cases: executing everyday workflows such as web browsing, document management, and system configuration. Adaptability and willingness to explore new tools and interfaces are essential for success in this project. Required Qualifications: Computer with 16GB RAM or higher and a stable internet connection. Strong ability to follow detailed written documentation and execute multi-step tasks precisely. Comfort navigating a wide range of software applications. Basic technical literacy ? able to install or configure software with guidance. Basic coding knowledge and familiarity with tools such as Visual Studio or PyCharm preferred. Excellent attention to detail and consistency in task execution and annotation. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adherence to data-handling protocols. Preferred Skills: Prior experience in data annotation , QA testing , or user research . Familiarity with productivity, creative, or technical software environments.
