Job Opportunity: Business Analyst (Agentic AI + RPA) Company: CognitBotz Solutions Position: Business Analyst (Agentic AI + RPA) Location: Ahmedabad (6 Days WFO) Experience: 5+ Years CognitBotz Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Scrum Master and Project Delivery , along with exposure to Agentic AI and RPA technologies . The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving digital transformation initiatives and ensuring successful delivery of automation and AI-driven projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead business requirement gathering and documentation processes. Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure project alignment. Oversee project delivery and agile execution as a Scrum Master. Analyze workflows to identify opportunities for AI and RPA integration. Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality and compliance standards. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis and Project Management. Hands-on experience or exposure to Agentic AI and RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, etc.). Proven track record in Agile/Scrum methodologies and stakeholder management.
