Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst | Chennai with 5-7 years of experience who will design, build, and maintain robust API integrations with external lending partners and credit card issuers.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
Work closely with business, product, and IT teams to ensure proper understanding and implementation of requirements.
Analyze and improve collections processes within lending systems.
Collaborate with development teams to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Support CRM and Loan Management System (LMS) implementations, enhancements, and integrations.
Conduct gap analysis, requirement traceability, and impact analysis for system changes.
Participate in UAT planning, test case review, and validation to ensure business requirements are met.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to clarify requirements and define solutions.
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to project governance standards.

Required Skills

Strong experience in BRD, FSD, FRD documentation
Good understanding of Collections process in lending
Experience working with CRM platforms
Hands-on experience with Loan Management Systems (LMS)
Strong understanding of IT systems supporting business processes
Experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation
Knowledge of SDLC / Agile methodologies
