Job Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst who can translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements that drive meaningful outcomes. This role requires strong analytical thinking, structured problem solving, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders across product, technology, operations, and leadership teams. The Business Analyst will play a critical role in evaluating business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring that solutions align with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand goals, operational challenges, and strategic priorities.
- Gather, document, and analyse business requirements through workshops, interviews, and data analysis.
- Convert business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation.
- Work closely with product managers, engineering teams, and project managers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented effectively.
- Analyse existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Support solution design by validating requirements, reviewing workflows, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Participate in testing activities including user acceptance testing to confirm that delivered solutions meet requirements.
- Monitor key metrics and performance indicators to evaluate the impact of implemented solutions.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 3–6 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, product support, or process improvement roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured approach to decision making.
- Experience in requirement gathering, business process modelling, and documentation.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear documentation and actionable insights.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with product or engineering teams in technology-driven environments.
- Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Exposure to process mapping frameworks and data-driven decision making.
