About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our Performance Excellence Team on a contract basis, offering an hourly rate of $47.00. This role is pivotal in supporting multiple international technology projects focusing on artificial intelligence, robotics, automation, and process improvements. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication, comprehensive requirements gathering, and the successful delivery of innovative solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze existing systems, identify opportunities for enhancement, and develop strategies that align with business objectives. Your expertise will contribute to streamlining processes, optimizing workflows, and implementing automation initiatives that deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in requirements gathering and writing detailed technical business requirements documents within a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in Power BI, with the ability to perform data analysis and create dashboards for project tracking and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate, capable of designing and deploying simple automated workflows.
• Excellent documentation, note-taking, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and basic Power Query functionalities.
• Critical thinking skills with strong organizational abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Optional but advantageous: experience with SharePoint, finance or accounting background, knowledge of LEAN/Six Sigma concepts, familiarity with JIRA, or willingness to learn.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and gather detailed project requirements.
• Serve as an effective liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment on project goals.
• Create comprehensive documentation including business requirements documents, functional specifications, user stories, and process workflows.
• Analyze existing technical systems and business processes to identify areas for improvement and automation opportunities.
• Work closely with technical teams to design solutions that meet business requirements, including system architecture and integration points.
• Analyze data to support decision-making processes, identify patterns, and generate insights.
• Develop test cases and participate in testing activities to ensure solutions meet specified requirements and function correctly.
• Assist in change management initiatives by helping stakeholders understand and adapt to new systems or processes.
• Support project management activities by tracking progress, managing timelines, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
• Provide training and ongoing support to end-users to facilitate smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
• Prepare and deliver weekly updates, status reports, and roadblocks to project teams and stakeholders.
• Set up and manage Power BI dashboards for transparent status updates and task tracking.
• Proactively engage with stakeholders to confirm task completion and prepare agendas for status meetings with key team members.
