Job Description

Role : Business Analyst

Experience: 7+ Years

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering: Collect and interpret internal and external requirements to create detailed technical design specifications.
Business Process Re-engineering: Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across business operations.
Analysis & Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, use cases, process flows, and UI requirements.

Essential Skills

Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to analyze complex requirements, identify potential issues, and propose effective solutions.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for drafting user stories, technical specifications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of technical concepts and ability to apply them in solution design and implementation.
Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve challenges quickly and effectively in a dynamic environment.
Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and completeness in all deliverables.
