Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements for AI applications.
• Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements.

AI Solution Design and Development:

• Work with the development team to design, develop, and maintain AI applications.

Project Management:

Qualifications and Skills

Professional Experience: 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the financial services sector, with a strong focus on AI and technology-driven projects.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong experience analyzing business processes and translating them into clear, actionable problem statements.
• Ability to work closely with engineers, architects, and business leaders to shape feasible, incremental solutions.
• Comfortable producing lightweight artifacts (process flows, decision logs, prototypes, PoCs) to move ideas forward quickly.
• Experience working on technology-driven initiatives, including modern cloud-based platforms.
• Exposure to AI-enabled solutions (e.g., GenAI, decision support tools, automation) is a plus - but curiosity and learning mindset matter more than prior depth.
