Hiring: Business Analyst ? Insurance Domain ?? Location: [Mumbai] | ?? Experience: 4?8 Years We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong expertise in the Indian Insurance domain . The role involves working closely with business, product, and tech teams to deliver insurance transformation projects. Key Responsibilities Gather & document requirements (BRD/FRD/User Stories). Work across Policy Issuance, Underwriting, Claims, Renewals, Endorsements, Billing & Customer Servicing . Conduct workshops, gap analysis & process mapping. Coordinate with development & QA teams; support UAT. Ensure compliance with IRDAI and insurance industry standards. Skills Needed 4?8years as BA in Indian Insurance . Strong understanding of Life/General/Health/Motor products & policy lifecycle. Hands-on with JIRA, Confluence, Excel, Visio; SQL (basic). Excellent communication & documentation skills. Exposure to platforms like Life Asia, Ingenium, Guidewire, Duck Creek, TCS BaNCS, Premia (preferred). Apply Now ?? [email protected]
