Job Summary

Aaratech Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst – Retail & E-Commerce to support retail and digital commerce initiatives by analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from retail and e-commerce stakeholders.
• Analyze sales, inventory, and customer processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop business process documentation, reports, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with business, marketing, operations, and IT teams.
• Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and project implementation.
• Present business recommendations and project updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in retail, e-commerce, or a related industry.
• Experience with business process analysis and requirements documentation.
• Knowledge of retail operations and e-commerce workflows.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with CRM or ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Any certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are a plus.
