Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Scrum Master with 10+ years of experience in Agile project delivery. The ideal candidate will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, support Agile teams, and ensure smooth collaboration between business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams. This role requires strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills to drive Agile best practices and ensure successful sprint execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships and effective communication channels with team members and stakeholders.
  
• Challenge and validate estimation values when necessary to gain deeper insights into business, design, and technical aspects of the product.
  
• Foster a trusting and collaborative team environment where issues can be openly discussed and resolved constructively.
  
• Monitor and report on Scrum health, identifying key learnings and areas for improvement.
  
• Guide and support teams in becoming self-organized and aligned with the 12 principles of Agile.
  
• Facilitate effective communication and conflict resolution to drive continuous improvement and team empowerment.
  
• Manage and track project dependencies, helping teams mitigate risks and achieve sprint goals.
  
• Collaborate with Scrum Leads to implement Agile standards, best practices, and frameworks.
  
• Provide accurate reporting to management, highlighting progress, risks, and impediments.
  
• Proactively identify and resolve blockers to ensure smooth sprint execution.
  

Scrum Facilitation Responsibilities

• Facilitate all key Scrum ceremonies, including:
  
• Daily Stand-ups
  
• Backlog Grooming / Refinement
  
• Estimation Sessions
  
• Sprint Planning
  
• Sprint Retrospectives
  

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master / Agile Practitioner.
  
• Strong experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  
• Experience supporting Product Owners in backlog management and prioritization.
  
• Proven ability to coach and mentor Agile teams.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in large-scale Agile or enterprise environments.
  
• Certification such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master is a plus.
