About the Company RDash is a YCombinator and Stellaris-funded (Series A) startup in the construction tech space with 250+ enterprises onboard, including ICICI Bank, JSW, Zepto, and others across India and the Middle East. RDash is one of the fastest-growing SaaS products in this category, achieving $1Mn ARR in just 18 months. We are currently on the 10?100 million ARR journey in SaaS and looking for driven Product Analysts who can blend product thinking with strong technical depth. At RDash, we value innovation, collaboration, and ownership, and we empower our teams to solve real customer problems through smart systems and data. Responsibilities ? Analyze product usage data, customer journeys, and behavior patterns to drive actionable product insights. ? Work with SQL, MergeDB, and Python to extract, clean, and transform data for analysis. ? Build automation workflows using n8n to streamline internal processes and enhance product efficiency. ? Create dashboards and reporting frameworks using Metabase for product, engineering, and business teams. ? Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to translate insights into product improvements and feature ideas. ? Support product experiments (A/B tests), define success metrics, analyze outcomes, and suggest optimizations. ? Understand backend systems, APIs, and database structures to diagnose product issues and propose enhancements. ? Work with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to assist in internal tool development, minor UI improvements, debugging, or creating lightweight prototypes. ? Contribute to product documentation, data dictionaries, workflow maps, and analytics playbooks. ? Conduct competitive and market research to identify industry trends and opportunities. Qualifications ? Bachelor?s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related technical/analytical field. ? Strong proficiency in: ? SQL (must-have) ? Python for analysis and automation ? Metabase or similar BI tools ? n8n (or Zapier/Make equivalents) ? MergeDB or similar database tools ? JavaScript, HTML, CSS (for internal tools, UI investigations, lightweight prototypes) ? Understanding of backend architecture, APIs, and data models. ? Experience with ETL pipelines, automation, or workflow tools is a bonus. ? Strong analytical skills, with the ability to convert raw data into stories and insights. ? Familiarity with Agile and product development lifecycle. ? Excellent communication and documentation abilities. ? Passion for building data-driven products, automation, and continuous improvement.
