Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in tracking project timelines and delivery schedules
• Support communication with clients, internal teams, and TV channels
• Help gather media plans, schedules, and required project details
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery
• Collect and organize important project information (scripts, titles, artist details,etc.)
• Support the process of approvals for TV/media content
• Help maintain records related to usage rights, costs, and schedules
• Assist in arranging content delivery to media platforms
• Monitor deadlines and follow up with teams to avoid delays
• Maintain documentation and trackers for ongoing projects
  
  

Requirements:

• Any graduate (preferably in Media, Communication, Business, or related fields)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to learn about media processes and international workflows
• Ability to work in a team and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
