Product Catalogue Process: Management of Video Entertainment Services, Offers, Adjustments and Fee. Build the Packages, Prices, Credits and other Offer components, and map them to the Bill Statement, enabling client to sell a variety of video entertainment options to Residential, Commercial and Lodging & Institutions customers at the right price, including bundles and special offers, Credit and Debit adjustments through regular audits and ad-hoc. Responsible for intake and configuration of service and offers, account parameters, rate increase, etc. Collaborate with SMEs and Business Owners to understand project requirements and dependencies. Job Description/Key responsibilities: 1. Understand business requirements from different stakeholders during project meetings. 2. Support all day-to-day activities related to configuration of service and offers, account parameters, rate increase, etc. 3. Create various dashboards to represent volume for leadership review. 4. Extract reports using UNIX shell scripting. 5. Support in migration activities of applications. 6. Maintain KM/SLAs green. 7. Create/Update BE documents. A set of international accounting standards stating how particular types of transactions and other events should be reported in financial statements. What are we looking for? Requirements: 1. Good understanding of telecom business, network and billing. 5. Excellent Communication skills 6. Proficient in MS Excel, MS Access 7. Experience in international (US) client interactions. 8.
