Job Title: BMS Site Technician / BMS Operator

Experience: 2–4 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 6 Months

Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics & Communication Engineering (B.Tech may be considered, but Diploma/ITI candidates are preferred.)

We are looking for an experienced BMS Site Technician / BMS Operator with hands-on expertise in Building Management Systems (BMS). The ideal candidate should have practical experience in installation, troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning of BMS systems. Experience in Fire Alarm Systems (FAS) is mandatory, while exposure to CCTV and Access Control systems will be an added advantage.

• Installation, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Installation, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of Fire Alarm Systems (FAS).
• Operate, monitor, and maintain BMS systems at client sites.
• Diagnose and resolve faults in BMS and FAS equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with project and commissioning teams for successful system implementation.
• Prepare service reports and maintain site documentation.
• Follow all site safety standards and project guidelines.

• Mandatory: Hands-on experience in Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Experience in Installation, Troubleshooting, Testing, and Commissioning of:
• Building Management System (BMS) – Mandatory
• Fire Alarm System (FAS) – Mandatory
• CCTV – Preferred
• Access Control System – Preferred
• Candidate should have experience in at least three of the following:
• BMS
• FAS
• CCTV
• Access Control
• Good understanding of electrical drawings, wiring, and field devices.
• Willingness to travel and work at project sites.
