Event Manager – BTL Marketing & Brand Activations
Location: Hyderabad
About the RoleV-Rich Natural Products Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and energetic Event Manager to lead our BTL marketing activities, brand activations, promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and customer engagement events. The ideal candidate should have strong event planning and execution skills, with the ability to manage vendors, logistics, budgets, and on-ground teams to deliver impactful brand experiences.
- Plan and execute BTL marketing campaigns, brand activations, roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Manage the complete event lifecycle—from planning and budgeting to execution and post-event reporting.
- Coordinate with vendors, event agencies, malls, retail outlets, printers, fabricators, and logistics partners.
- Handle event logistics, including venue coordination, permissions, branding, transportation, and manpower deployment.
- Lead and supervise on-ground teams to ensure smooth execution of events.
- Drive customer engagement initiatives and deliver a great brand experience.
- Monitor event performance, customer footfall, lead generation, sales conversions, and campaign ROI.
- Prepare event reports, MIS, and performance presentations.
- Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
- Negotiate with vendors for the best pricing and service quality.
- Identify new opportunities for brand activations and promotional events.
- Support product launches, corporate events, dealer meets, and promotional campaigns.
- Travel across Hyderabad and nearby locations for event execution as required.
- 5–8 years of experience in Event Management, BTL Marketing, Brand Activations, or Field Marketing.
- Proven experience in handling large-scale events and multiple campaigns.
- Strong planning, execution, leadership, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in vendor management, logistics, and event operations.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects within deadlines.
- Willingness to travel for event-related activities.
- Experience in FMCG, Retail, Consumer Brands, Lifestyle, or Healthcare industries is preferred.
