Role Description Key Responsibilities : Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and plugins using OSGi and Eclipse RCP frameworks. Write clean, efficient, and scalable code aligned with industry best practices. Apply strong Core Java concepts including OOPs, Design Patterns, Multithreading, Collections, Generics, and Stream API. Develop modular and extensible components using OSGi standards. Troubleshoot and resolve performance, scalability, and integration issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality features. Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural enhancements. Required Qualifications & Skills 4- 8 years of hands-on experience in Java application development. Strong proficiency in Core Java (OOPs, Design Patterns, Stream API, Multithreading, Generics, Collections). Solid understanding and experience in OSGi architecture, Eclipse RCP, and plugin development. Experience with build tools like Maven/Gradle and version control systems (Git). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an agile environment. Good To Have Experience with SWT/JFace UI components. Knowledge of Eclipse IDE internals or extension points. Exposure to microservices or modular architectures. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (ref:hirist.tech)
