Job Description:

Braze Solution Consultant

Contract duration: 12 months

Shift timing: US/EMEA time zone

We are looking for a Braze Solution Consultant to lead the solutioning and technical approach for client proposals. This is a client-facing, presales-focused role, suited for someone operating at a solution and architecture level rather than execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and define the Braze solution approach for client proposals and RFPs
• Provide presales and technical consultancy, including architecture and best-practice recommendations
• Advise on Braze integrations with CRM platforms (experience with loyalty CRM integrations is a plus)
• Support post-proposal activities, which may include:
• Braze–CRM integration support
• Training and upskilling client teams
• Ongoing consultancy as per client needs
  
  
  

Requirements

• Strong experience with Braze in a solutioning or consulting capacity
• Experience in presales, solution architecture, or client-facing MarTech roles
• Solid understanding of CRM and customer lifecycle marketing
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
